Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items:
Intimates, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized items.
Return Process:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
